- Schottky diodes

Diamond as a key material
Diamond with its potential can be considered a key material for future advancements in:
- electronics (passivation layers for chip protection)
- sensors (operating under extreme conditions)
- semiconductors (reducing losses and boosting efficiency)
- quantum technologies (through nitrogen vacancy centers for quantum sensing and computing)
D4InTech:
The partner you need
Since 2009, our focus has been on developing the microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (MW PECVD) process for the fabrication of diamond in many forms.
Today we have grown to a group of experts in the growth of tailored diamond utilising a broad spectrum of MW PECVD systems.

Turning ideas into impact
We specialize in producing diamond in various forms:
- from single crystal to polycrystalline
- from planar to porous
- from nanoscale to microscale
- from intrinsic to doped (p and n-type)
- from high electrical resistivity to high conductivity
- from small to large (wafer scale) area deposition
- from high to low (CMOS compatible) deposition temperature
Expertise you can trust
We are an international team with over 60 years of combined experience in growing tailored diamond with controlled properties.
Driven by passion and expertise, we leverage versatile MW PECVD systems and extensive characterization techniques at FZU – Institute of Physics, one of the Czech Republic’s most successful research institutions, to push diamond into new domains.
Our willingness to push diamond into novel domains is shown by our proven track record in successfully completed research projects covering the electronic, electrochemistry, biomedicine, civil engineering sectors.
Now, we offer transfer of our knowledge and skills toward providing solutions to our customers’ most pressing application problems.
